Meet Julian Baker: A native of Caldwell County who has been involved in local real estate for almost 40 years! A 1986 graduate of Gardner-Webb University, Julian is owner/broker of Baker Realty, but is also an established residential contractor in western North Carolina. With approximately 1,700 transactions personally brokered, he has also developed several local residential neighborhoods and has newly built or remodeled hundreds of local homes. A member of the Catawba Valley Association of Realtors®, Charlotte Canopy MLS, and High Country MLS, Julian services Caldwell, Burke, Catawba, Alexander, Avery, and Watauga counties. If you are looking for a REALTOR and a company that knows the area and “goes the extra mile”, look no further!

In his spare time, Julian and his wife like volunteering and serving together at church, exploring new trails with their dog, as well as trips to the NC coast.

Julian’s goal is for his clientele to share in his vast real estate knowledge and for them to experience a smooth buying or selling process with the highest level of support and attention to detail that they deserve.

Julian, along with a great team of dedicated and experienced professionals, innovative technology and top-rated service, can assure their clients that all steps will be covered from start to finish. If you’re ready to buy or sell, then let’s get started!
