Meet Julian Baker: A native of Caldwell County who has been involved in local real estate for almost 40 years! A 1986 graduate of Gardner-Webb University, Julian is owner/broker of Baker Realty, but is also an established residential contractor in western North Carolina. With approximately 1,700 transactions personally brokered, he has also developed several local residential neighborhoods and has newly built or remodeled hundreds of local homes. A member of the Catawba Valley Association of Realtors®, Charlotte Canopy MLS, and High Country MLS, Julian services Caldwell, Burke, Catawba, Alexander, Avery, and Watauga counties.
